“ Very funky coffee shop that I was grateful was open at 8am on a Sunday morning (unusual in the area I was staying in). ”
“ Amazing atmosphere loved that the coffemachine is placed in the opposite way. The bread was delicious and crispy! ”
“ Such lovely coffee and people. Very friendly and I loved the touch of grinding the beans I ordered as V60 to smell it Definitely would recommend and this is my best coffee experience in Madrid so far (have tried few shops) Thank you ! ”
“ Enjoyed this cafe so much. I tried all their locations and brought back their espresso beans. Avocado toast are a must try. ”
“ Toma Café is everything I want in a coffee spot! Great energy, no computers, no drama, just people who actually care about coffee. The vibe is super intentional and the setup lets you see the barista in action, which I love. Huge thanks to Carlos, who made the experience even better. He heard me talking about the details of the beans and made each of the flat whites with a different blend so that I could try! One from India and one from Rwanda. The Indian one was a lighter, floral roast that worked beautifully as a cortado or pour-over. The Rwandan was perfect in the flat white—smooth, balanced, with bourbon notes and a touch of grapefruit. Seriously talented barista. He split one jug into two and still managed to pour perfect stacks in both cups. If you care about quality and craft, this place is a must. ”
“ This place is amazing! I tried both the Bolivian and the Indian espresso they had to offer and they were perfect shots. There was not a hint of bitterness and I was truly able to enjoy the notes of the coffee. I also had to try their cinnamon roll and it was baked perfectly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed visiting with them and learning more about their coffee. They also roast their own coffee which is such an amazing thing. This place is a must visit for coffee lovers in Madrid! ”
